As a native to Colorado Matt has watched as Denver has changed with the replacement of Mile High Stadium and Stapleton Airport and began to see the importance of home ownership.  Matt purchased his first property at the age of 21 and began his real estate portfolio. Today he continues to invest in properties along the Front Range.

With an Engineering Technology Degree, Matt has over 5 years of construction experience.  As the General Manager of a local construction company he played a major part in growing the business during his 5 year tenure.  From competitive bidding and contract negations to personnel management Matt has strong business and local construction experience to bring to his real estate career.

After researching several Real Estate companies Matt chose to become a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  The resources and services that Coldwell Banker offers outperformed other Real Estate companies.  It was a simple decision, become the most effective Realtor using unsurpassed marketing tools, resources and overall campaigns for sellers and buyers.  Providing the highest level of quality of service for clients across all aspects of real estate transactions is Matt´s key objective.

Since moving into Real Estate, Matt has earned his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, awarded by The Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®.  The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors® in the residential sales field.  Fewer than 4 percent of all Realtors® hold the CRS designation.  The CRS designation requires extensive training focusing on enhancing quality and efficiency of Realtor services to allow for higher levels of effectiveness in negotiating and closing real estate transactions while working in the buyers´ and/or sellers´ best interests.

He believes that a successful real estate transaction involves an in-depth understanding of his client's needs.  Doing extensive research into the current market conditions, and most importantly looking out for his clients best interests at all times. Matt´s real estate service delivery is also benefited by the fact that he is an active investor in the Denver real estate market and has started his own company to manage his investment portfolio.

On a more personal note, Matt resides in Castle Pines North with his wife Karen and son Adam.  He enjoys all that Denver has to offer, including camping, golf, water and snow skiing, as well as scuba diving and tackling home remodeling projects.
